Dr. Alan Cohn, DO
- Dr. Cohn received his Bachelors Degree in Biology from Sonoma Sate University. In 1989, he graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. He completed his Osteopathic Internship at Metropolitan Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. His Family Practice Residency training was done at Mercy Medical Center in Redding. Dr. Cohn is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice.

Lynn Linebarger, RN, FNP
- Lynn Linebarger received her R.N. degree from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon and her Family Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of California at Davis. She was born and raised in Mt. Shasta, California and has practiced here as a nurse practitioner for over 30 years.
"I have considered it a privilege to be able to practice as a nurse practitioner here in Mt. Shasta where I was born and raised. I like knowing my patients and treating them as a whole person. My emphasis is on preventive medicine and healthy lifestyle."

Barbra Lewis, RN, FNP

Barbra was born and raised in San Francisco, California. In 1994, she
received her Bachelors Degree in Nursing Science at the University of San
Francisco. Shortly after, she relocated to Mount Shasta. Commuting to
Ashland, she completed her Masters in Nursing and received a Family Nurse
Practitioner certification from Oregon Health and Sciences University. She
is Board Certified in Family Practice by the American Nurses Credentialing
Center.
